Service Description

[Invitation Only - Pre-requisite course: Tolkien's The Hobbit] In this course, students will embark upon the father of fantasy's Master Work, The Lord of the Rings. Filled with adventure, fellowship, bravery, and Good vs. Evil, this epic work of literature leads readers to deep insights about beauty and friendship, war and power, goodness and truth, and much more. This course examines the life of JRR Tolkien and dives deep into the events of Middle earth. Since the full novel is comprised of three books, reading and lessons are structured to keep a steady pace. This course is a FULL YEAR course made up of two semesters (Fall and Spring). Signing up for this course indicates student will participate in both semesters. Reading, essays, projects, and crafts are embedded into curriculum standards.

Cancellation Policy

For camps, clients may cancel up to ONE WEEK before camp begins and receive a half refund. For tutoring sessions, clients may cancel up to ONE DAY before their appointment to receive a half refund. Cancellations made the day of tutoring appointments will not receive a refund. Cancelation of any course must be made in writing via email to pageturnersorg@gmail.com. If cancelation occurs on or before the 2nd class session of the month, tuition will be waived for that month. Should cancelation occur after the 2nd class session of the month, tuition for that month will still be applied. Thank you for your understanding.
