The Chronicles of Narnia Literature

Service Description

This course focuses on the children's fantasy novels of C.S. Lewis, The Chronicles of Narnia. Throughout this course, students will read and study three of the seven novels in the series: The Magician's Nephew, The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe, as well as The Dawn Treader. We will focus on elements of fantasy, the literary themes and symbols that create the story's powerful message, as well as Lewis' life and context that influence these novels. Group projects, writing activities, and games (as well as some Turkish Delight candy!) will also be included in the progression of this course.

Cancellation Policy

For camps, clients may cancel up to ONE WEEK before camp begins and receive a half refund. For tutoring sessions, clients may cancel up to ONE DAY before their appointment to receive a half refund. Cancellations made the day of tutoring appointments will not receive a refund. Cancelation of any course must be made in writing via email to pageturnersorg@gmail.com. If cancelation occurs on or before the 2nd class session of the month, tuition will be waived for that month. Should cancelation occur after the 2nd class session of the month, tuition for that month will still be applied. Thank you for your understanding.
