Arthurian Literature

Service Description

In this course, students will read and study Arthurian legends--a term that includes the stories and myths of King Arthur and his knights during the early years of England. We will pull the sword from the stone, go on knightly adventures, and face perils of old with chivalry and strength. Significant themes, symbols, historical events, and characters (King Arthur, Queen Guinevere, Sir Gawain, etc.) will be the primary focus of our reading. In this course, we will also learn about the culture that surrounds King Arthur, from early England until now.

Cancellation Policy

For camps, clients may cancel up to ONE WEEK before camp begins and receive a half refund. For tutoring sessions, clients may cancel up to ONE DAY before their appointment to receive a half refund. Cancellations made the day of tutoring appointments will not receive a refund. Cancelation of any course must be made in writing via email to pageturnersorg@gmail.com. If cancelation occurs on or before the 2nd class session of the month, tuition will be waived for that month. Should cancelation occur after the 2nd class session of the month, tuition for that month will still be applied. Thank you for your understanding.
