Upper Elementary ELA

Service Description

This upper elementary course includes practice in reading progression & comprehension, writing, and grammar. We will read two to three novels throughout the semester, such as Roald Dahl's "Matilda" or "James and the Giant Peach", CS Lewis' "The Lion, The Witch, & The Wardrobe", and Scott O'Dell's "Island of the Blue Dolphins". Projects, essays, and games will help facilitate students' English Language Arts learning. Grammar, spelling, and vocabulary progressions are embedded into the course to help prepare students within their literary education.

Cancellation Policy

For camps, clients may cancel up to ONE WEEK before camp begins and receive a half refund. For tutoring sessions, clients may cancel up to ONE DAY before their appointment to receive a half refund. Cancellations made the day of tutoring appointments will not receive a refund. Cancelation of any course must be made in writing via email to pageturnersorg@gmail.com. If cancelation occurs on or before the 2nd class session of the month, tuition will be waived for that month. Should cancelation occur after the 2nd class session of the month, tuition for that month will still be applied. Thank you for your understanding.
